How can I place an order?

All watches listed in the “Selection” section of our website can be ordered directly online.
Simply click on the desired model, read the full description, and complete the request form.
You will receive a confirmation email with updated availability, delivery times, and payment details.

Note: Some items are available on order and subject to availability confirmation within 24–48h.
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following major payment methods:

  • SEPA bank transfer

  • Stripe (international credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal on request (with processing fee)

  • In specific cases: cash on delivery by hand (available in select cities only)

All payments are processed through PACIFIC IT Solutions s.r.o., an EU-registered company with Czech VAT ID (CZ).
 

How are the watches shipped?

All watches are carefully packed and shipped via tracked and insured service.
We work with UPS, DHL, or specialized insured couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery across Europe.
Customers receive a tracking number as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Central Europe: 2–3 business days

  • France, Switzerland, Italy: 3–5 business days
     

Are the watches authentic?

Absolutely.
Every watch selected and sold through our website is authentic and comes with an official sales invoice.
We do not deal in replicas, “homage” watches, or modified pieces without proper disclosure.
 

Can I request a consultation or have my watch appraised?

Yes.
We offer private consultations (online or in person), written PDF appraisals for collections, insurance, or inheritance, and brokerage services.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

As we work with personalized selections and many watches are ordered on request, returns are not accepted once a purchase is confirmed.

However, in the case of visible defects or transport damage (verifiable upon opening), we offer full support for replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package to open a support case.
 

Where are you physically based?

Our main office is in Prague, but we operate across Europe, with contacts in Paris, Geneva, and Milan.
Our structure is agile, discreet, and flexible — ideal for clients seeking personalized service and an international selection.
